Jared FitzGerald is a Seattle-born artist who studied painting and classical archaeology at the University of Washington. He produces works in various media, including classical ink painting and glazed ceramics, with a playful style centered on naturalistic forms and abstracted figures. Since 2007, he has maintained full-time studios in New York City and Jingdezhen, China, and has directed two galleries, Fitzgerald Fine Arts and Kai Gallery. FitzGerald's work has been featured in exhibitions across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and is included in collections at the National Art Museum of China, the Meridian Center, and the Seattle Art Museum. He is a member of several art associations.
